Raneen Ali is the daughter of Azal Thiyab and Rory Shannon, of Waterville. Raneen has been a member of Student Senate and a class officer all four years and was the class president her freshman and sophomore years. She played JV soccer during her freshman and sophomore years, was an avid member of the swim team for all four years, and was the swim captain for the ‘25-’26 season. She was selected as Student of the Month during her senior year. Raneen will study political science at American University in the fall.
Brody Davidson is the son of Amy and Erik Davidson, of Winslow. Brody has been very active in football and competition cheer throughout his high school career. He also participated in outdoor track during his freshman and sophomore years and was the junior class president. Brody has received several awards, including the George Eastman Young Leaders Award and KVAC All-Academic honors for both football and cheering. In addition, he earned First Team All-Conference status as a center. Brody will be attending the University of Maine in the fall where he will study chemical engineering.
Hannah Delile is the daughter of Jared Delile, of Winslow. Hannah has participated in a number of sports, including softball during her freshman year and varsity field hockey, varsity outdoor track, varsity indoor track, and unified basketball during her sophomore through senior years. She has been an active member of the Civil Rights team, Student Senate, and Student Council, and she is also the treasurer for the senior class. During her sophomore year, she was a member of the Black Raider News staff. Last year, she was chosen as one of the class marshalls and was inducted into the National Honor Society. Hannah will be studying biochemistry at Colby College this fall.
Karleigh Marcoux is the daughter of Rachel Bernatchez and Jeremy Marcoux, of Winslow. Karleigh was a member of the fall varsity cheer team during all four years of high school. She was the team captain this past fall. She has made the honor roll throughout her high school career and was awarded the Student Sage Award as a junior. Karleigh will be attending the University of New England in the fall, majoring in medical biology.
Aubrey Moors is the daughter of Lonnie Moors, of Winslow. Aubrey has been involved in field hockey and tennis throughout her high school career. She has also been involved in the theatre and drama programs, she participated in Show Choir as a ninth-grader, and she was inducted into the International Thespian Society, In addition, Aubrey is a member of the Olympia Snowe Women's Leadership Institute, the Maine Youth Leadership Youth Advisory Board, and the National Honor Society. She was chosen by the CIEE Study Abroad in Rennes during her senior year. Aubrey has received several awards, including Student of Month, the Susan B. Anthony and Frederick Douglass Award, the NFHCA National Academic Squad Award, the Global Seal of Biliteracy, and the Maine State Seal of Biliteracy. Aubrey will be studying marine sciences at the University of Maine in the fall.
Sakura Page is the daughter of Eri and David Page, of Winslow. Sakura took part in student government and was on the prom committee. She also was a varsity athlete in soccer, swim and tennis. Sakura received KVAC All-Academics honors and the Student Sage Award, and she was selected as the January Student of the Month during her junior year. Sakura will be studying architecture at Roger Williams University in the fall.
Mylee Petela is the daughter of Kelly and Matthew Petela, of Winslow. Mylee has been an active member of Student Senate, was inducted into the National Honor Society, and took part in varsity tennis for two years. Mylee is working as an assistant/teacher’s aid at a local learning center, and she has been doing an extended learning opportunity at Winslow Elementary School as a teacher’s assistant this spring. She has earned high honors every quarter of her high school career. She also received the Saint Michael’s Community Engagement Award and the Maine Principals Award. Mylee will be attending Saint Joseph’s College to earn a degree in special ed and elementary education.
Bryanna Prentiss is the daughter of Jessica and Maury Prentiss, of Vassalboro. Bryanna has been an avid member of the Girl Scouts, has done drama/theatre, and was the historian of the International Thespian Society during her junior year and the secretary during her senior year. In addition, she took part in the Show Choir during her freshman year. Bryanna was inducted into the National Honor Society, and she was selected as January Student of the Month when she was sophomore. Bryanna will be attending Husson University in the fall, majoring in criminal justice.
Amara Rioux is the daughter of Nicole Capeless and Todd Rioux, of Winslow. Amara was a varsity athlete in tennis and basketball. She served as captain of the basketball team during her senior year. Amara was a member of the Sadie’s Committee and the Prom Committee. In addition, she is a member of the National Honor Society and is one of the class historians for the senior class. She has earned honor-roll status throughout her high school career; she was selected as Student of the Month as a junior; she received the Maine Section of the Society of Woman’s Engineers Certificate of Achievement Award; and she earned KVAC Class C Girls Basketball All-Academic honors during her senior year. Amara will be studying radiologic technology at Kennebec Valley Community College in the fall.
Briana Veilleux is the daughter of Chris Veilleux, of Benton. Briana was a varsity athlete in both soccer and tennis during her freshman through senior years, and she also participated in unified basketball. She has been a member of the Student Senate for all four years, serving as president this year. In addition, Briana is a member of the National Honor Society, and she is the president of the senior class, after serving as class historian during the previous three years. Briana, who has been on the honor roll throughout her high school career, received the Daughters of the American Revolution Highest Ranking Junior in American History. She will be studying biology for pre-med at Bates College in the fall.
